1. How do I place an order on edenn.co?

Ordering on edenn.co is easy and safe. Once you have created your desired bag, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the directions through checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, where you will be connected to PayPal to complete the payment.

2. Is it safe to place an order on edenn.co?

Yes, it is safe to order on edenn.co. All payments are made via PayPal, which utilizes end-to-end encryption in all of its transactions and helps keep all of your details secure. This includes a TLS connection, key pinning and following data security standards such as PCI-DSS, to name a few. For more information visit www.Paypal.com.

3. Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

Eden is required by law to charge VAT solely for orders shipped to Israel, where we conduct our business. Therefor, all edenn.co orders shipped to Israel will have an additional 17% VAT added to the total at checkout.

4. Can I change my Order?

Of course, simply email us at info@edenn.co with your order number.

Due to the order being custom made to your specifications; Changes are applicable up to 7 days following the placement of your order.

5. How long does it take to receive an Order?

All MOODULAR bags and components are Made-to-order.

Once you’ve designed your desired bag, we place your order custom made to your specifications, Within 90 days it is handmade with love at the hands of an Italian craftsman, slowly and with precision the same way an artist paints a canvas. Assuring a beautiful process that is worth the wait.

6. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Currently and for a limited time only we offer our introductory prices alongside an additional 10% off your first purchase when you sign up for our newsletter. 

Due to our direct-to-consumer fair pricing model and the high quality- custom-make, we rarely offer discounts or promotions. But when we do, we will keep you informed through our newsletters and social media accounts, make sure to follow us on Facebook & Instagram to stay tuned.

7. How can I check the status of my order?

While we are currently working on creating an exclusive platform for MOODULAR customers. We ask you to send us an email at info@edenn.co to receive updates on the status of your order. Once the bag is shipped, you shall be able to track it through DHL’s tracking system.

8. Is my purchase covered by a warranty?

Yes, Eden warrants that all products purchased online at edenn.co are of superior quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use. Eden will repair or replace, in accordance with the provisions of this warranty policy, any MOODULAR by Eden product purchased on edenn.co during a one year period from the date of delivery if it is determined that the product has a material or manufacturer defect. This warranty does not cover damages to MOODULAR by Eden products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempt repair, negligence after purchase and ordinary wear & tear.

9. Do you accept all international orders?

Yes, with the exception of Italy.
